Arrival in Nairobi

Pick up from the airport upon arrival and transfer to HERON hotel for the overnight based on bed and breakfast.

Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Pick up from the hotel at 8 am and join the group too commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Arrive in time for lunch at the camp. Check in and have lunch. At 4:00pm  depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve, ends at 6:00pm.  Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at the camp.

Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve

Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast ,check out and commence drive to Nakuru. Arrive Nakuru in time lunch. Check in,have lunch and and rest at the hotel.

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

You will have an early breakfast and depart by 7am to straight to the park. Its a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos which form part of the Big five animals. There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos . The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you depart on a 1-hour drive to Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch at hotel.

After lunch, you will go to hell’s gate for biking safari. If you are too tired you will be driven in the park with a car. You will later go for an hour boat ride on Lake Naivasha for bird watching and hippo viewing.

Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

Breakfast at the lodge and at 6:45 am, check out and drive to Amboseli national park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Arrive in time for lunch , Check in at AA Lodge Amboseli. Have lunch and a short rest.  Afternoon game drive in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli National Park Full day

After breakfast at the camp,  Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro .Later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

Breakfast at the camp and thereafter depart and drive to Tsavo West National with game drive enroute arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park.

Tsavo West through the shetani Lava flow with a brief stop over to marvel at the lava cones and the barren land. Proceed to enter Tsavo West through the Chyulu gate and drive on to the Mzima Springs to see hippo and crocodile through an underground observatory tank. Thereafter drive to Rhino Valley lodge for check in and lunch. Afternoon safari game drive in Tsavo west visiting the rhino sanctuary hoping to see the endangered black rhino among other animals .

Tsavo West to Diani

Early morning game drive in the park. Later, return to the lodge for breakfast and at 9 am, check out and proceed to Diani with lunch on the way. Arrive Diani in the late evening with drop off at Stilts Backpackers for the overnight. All meals at your own expenses.

Flight from Mombasa to Zanzibar

Early check out and transfer to Ukunda Airstrip to catch your flight for Nairobi.

Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will wait to catch your evening flight to Zanzibar. Arrive and be picked up from the airport for transfer to Uroa Bay beach resort for dinner and overnight.

Full day Relaxation

Full day relaxing at the hotel or enjoying resort facilities. 

Dinner and overnight at Uroa Bay beach resort for dinner and overnight.  

Flight to Nairobi then flight back home.

Breakfast at the resort and thereafter transfer to the Zanzibar airport for your flight back to Nairobi leaving at 1540 hrs hrs to arrive Nairobi at 1800 hrs. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you are picked up and transfer to The Heron hotel for overnight. Dinner on own expenses. 

Flight back home

Breakfast at the hotel and thereafter, transfer to the airport for your home bound flight.
