Tsavo East National Park is Kenya’s largest protected wildlife area, spanning 13,747 square kilometers of flat, semi-arid savanna roughly halfway between Nairobi and Mombasa. Famed for its iconic “red elephants” coated in iron-rich soil dust, wide-open plains, and dramatic lava flows, it offers a classic, untamed wilderness safari experience

Day by day itinerary

Day 01

Day Trip

Pick up from hotel and Drive to Tsavo east National park using the Mombasa Nairobi Trans- African highway and use the Bachuma Gate.

You visit different sections of the park especially the loop side of the park which is swampy as most animals are found there.

Visit the pipeline area where most of Elephants concentrate since there are lots of water holes to do mud bathing. Later visit the Luggard falls and Yatta Plateau.

Here you get a chance to see different wild animals especially Giraffes, Zebras, Buffaloes, lots of Elephants and if your Lucky see the Big CATS either hunting or hunted and feasting on a kill especially lions. Later depart to Malindi.
